Our Story

It started with a cable run.

PRIME's journey began in 1996 with a vision to integrate technology into events through voice, data and video solutions. At the time, events in this market were booked on the strength of a venue and a caterer. Nobody was asking who would carry the signal.

As client requirements evolved, so did we. Technology expanded into conferences. Conferences expanded into exhibitions. Exhibitions expanded into complete event production. And production evolved into integrated experiences combining creative design, physical infrastructure, audiovisual technology, digital solutions and onsite execution.

Three decades later, that same philosophy remains at the centre of PRIME.

30 Years of PRIME

Thirty years, told in order.

1996

The founding year

Founded to supply voice, data and video technology to events. First major live production in the same year — a globally broadcast pageant staged in Bengaluru — alongside a national multi-sport games programme.

2001–06

Finding the scale

First air show edition in 2001. Biotechnology, construction equipment and information technology exhibitions follow. The technology practice grows into full exhibition build.

2007–10

Going international

A bilateral space exposition, a United Nations commission programme and Pan-Asian enterprise summits. Work begins across the Middle East and Southeast Asia.

2011–19

The marquee years

Five more air show editions. Mass-participation road races across four metros. Trade exhibitions for national industry bodies, and an Asia-Pacific seed industry congress.

2020–23

Hybrid, by necessity

Streaming, webcasting and hybrid delivery move from an add-on to a standing capability. Exhibition work resumes with the plumbing industry's national exhibition and further air show editions.

2025–26

Into the United States

A New Jersey corporation is established so US clients can contract domestically while delivery runs from Bengaluru — and so companies here can reach Asian markets through one partner.
