International Summits
Four multi-nation summits, including a United Nations commission on women's empowerment and a Pan-Asian enterprise summit.
The project
Four multi-nation summits across India and the Asia Pacific region. Among them a United Nations commission on women's empowerment and a Pan-Asian enterprise summit — delegate programmes where the attendee list is governmental and the proceedings are on record.
Name what can be named. Ask the organisers what PRIME is permitted to publish:
- Which four summits, and in which years
- Delegate and delegation counts
- Which were hosted by a government body versus an industry association
What made it demanding
A multi-nation summit has no soft launch. The delegations arrive on a fixed date, the proceedings are minuted, and the room has to work in every language present from the first session.
That places the weight on the parts nobody sees — floor management, interpretation and audio distribution, and a technical setup that fails safe rather than fails visibly.
Add the real constraints you worked to:
- Number of languages and whether simultaneous interpretation was in scope
- Security or protocol requirements for visiting delegations
- Anything delivered to a government or UN technical specification
Scope delivered
Conference management and audiovisual production — plenary and breakout staging, sound, projection and crew, run by PRIME's own team.
Confirm which of these were in scope and add anything missing: delegate registration, badge production, interpretation booths, recording, live streaming, press facilities.
Outcome
What a prospective conference client needs to see:
- Delegate numbers and session counts
- Whether PRIME was retained for subsequent editions
- Any recognition or formal feedback from the hosting body
In the client's words
A quote from the organising secretariat, attributed to a named person with their role. Leave this section out entirely rather than publishing an unattributed or invented quote.
