Aero India
Asia's largest air show. 2001, then every edition through 2025 — restricted air force station access, defence exhibitors and no tolerance for schedule slip.
The project
Aero India is Asia's largest air show. PRIME first delivered it in 2001 and has worked every edition through 2025 — a continuity of more than two decades on a single recurring show.
Add the client-facing framing the organisers would recognise:
- Who PRIME was contracted by, and in what capacity
- Roughly how large the delivered scope is per edition — halls, square metres, stands, or crew
- Whether the mandate has changed over the years
What made it demanding
The show runs on a restricted air force station. Access is controlled, the exhibitors are defence organisations, and the schedule does not move.
Those three facts drive everything else: security clearance for every crew member and vehicle, build windows fixed around air force operations rather than contractor convenience, and no recovery time if a delivery slips.
The specifics here are what separate a real case study from a brochure. Worth adding:
- The tightest build window you have worked to, and how many crew were on site
- One concrete problem that occurred and how it was resolved
- Any clearance or compliance requirement a competitor would not expect
Scope delivered
Exhibition build and event infrastructure, delivered with PRIME's own workshop and crew rather than brokered out — the same single-scope, single-invoice model as every other service line.
List the elements actually delivered per edition, for example: stand fabrication, clear-span structures, flooring, power distribution, signage, crew numbers.
Outcome
This is the section a prospect reads first and the only one that cannot be written without you. Add:
- Anything measurable — exhibitor count, floor area, build days, repeat mandate
- What the organisers said at handover
- Why PRIME was re-appointed for the next edition
In the client's words
A quote from the organising body, attributed to a named person with their role. Leave this section out entirely rather than publishing an unattributed or invented quote.
